First-month refund
If you're not happy with your first month on a paid plan, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund that month, no questions asked.
Cancellations
You can cancel any subscription from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Partial months are not pro-rated.
Failed generations
If a kit generation fails, your free quota is refunded automatically and you can retry. Paid subscriptions are not metered, so individual failures don't affect billing.
How to request a refund
Email support@littlekits.com.au from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
